KFM Kingdom (03816) shares climbed nearly 12% on Thursday, extending a rally that has seen the stock surge more than 90% over the past month of trading. As of writing, the stock was up 11.67% at HK$3.78, with turnover reaching HK$14.47 million.
The company issued a statement noting that its board had observed unusual fluctuations in both the share price and trading volume on September 4, 2026. After making reasonable inquiries into the matter, the board confirmed that, apart from the disclosures outlined below, it was not aware of any reasons for the share price rise and trading volume movements, nor of any information that must be announced to prevent a false market in the company's securities, or any inside information required to be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
Following appropriate due diligence by the board, the company was informed by its controlling shareholder, KIG Real Estate Holdings Limited, that it continues to explore the possibility of various collaborative arrangements with multiple parties, including a potential transaction involving the company's securities.
