On 2 September 2026, CMGE Technology Group Limited released its Interim Report 2026. Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.cmge.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

To align with Listing Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CMGE is adopting a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed Interim Report enclosed. Any shareholder who encounters difficulty accessing the online report, or who prefers a hard copy, may request one at no cost by submitting the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or by emailing cmge.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications via email must provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until such details are received, CMGE will make future documents available exclusively on its corporate and HKEXnews websites.
