Leadership and Ownership Restructured at National Nuclear Demonstration Power Station

Recent corporate filings show that National Nuclear Demonstration Power Station Co., Ltd. has undergone significant changes to both its executive team and shareholder structure.

According to information from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, the company's leadership roster has been updated with the appointment of Wang Xiangyu and Yang Yixin as deputy general managers, Wang Hongtao joining the board of directors, and Lu Jianming taking on the role of financial officer. Concurrently, director Zhang Shujun has stepped down from his position.

Alongside these personnel shifts, the company's shareholding structure has also been adjusted. The original majority shareholder, State Nuclear Power Technology Co., Ltd., saw its stake reduced from 75% to 55%. A new investor, Weihai Heat and Power Group Co., Ltd., has acquired a 20% stake in the company. China Huaneng Nuclear Power Development Co., Ltd. retains its unchanged 25% shareholding.

A review of the equity chain confirms that State Nuclear Power Technology Co., Ltd. remains the controlling entity of the power station company.
