A new industry standard titled "Comprehensive Strength Assessment Framework for Artificial Intelligence Enterprises 鈥?General Guidelines" (Standard No. T/ISC 0116-2026), administered by the Internet Society of China, has been formally launched. The standard, jointly led by authoritative institutions including the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the Wuhan Institute of Data Intelligence, aims to establish a scientific, fair, and operational evaluation mechanism for classifying and grading AI enterprises. It defines the overall architecture, core assessment dimensions, and universal rating criteria for evaluating the comprehensive strength of AI companies, providing guidance for various organizations in formulating specific evaluation protocols or conducting assessments.
