As of September 7, 2026, Huang Yuanhao and his concerted parties reduced their holdings by a total of 5,178,201 shares (1.2543% of the company's current total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trades. This included 4,011,440 shares (0.9717%) via centralized bidding and 1,166,761 shares (0.2826%) via block trades. Separately, Xiao Zhenzhong reduced 1,000,000 shares (0.2422%) through centralized bidding, while Zhang Dingjun sold 7,800 shares (0.0019%).
Disclosures show Huang Yuanhao sold 3,056,342 shares through centralized bidding and 760,322 shares via block trades between June 17 and July 1, 2026, at average prices ranging from 120.74 to 135.78 yuan per share, netting approximately 487 million yuan. Following this reduction, Huang retains a 25.46% stake.
Several partnerships controlled by Huang also sold shares: Zhuhai Orbbec Zhongxin Investment Partnership disposed of 785,295 shares at prices between 120.74 and 135.54 yuan, raising about 100 million yuan and retaining 5.24%. Zhuhai Orbbec Zhongxin Investment Partnership (another entity) sold 125,188 shares at 120.74 to 135.48 yuan, also gaining 15.77 million yuan and retaining 0.62%. Zhuhai Orbbec Zhongcheng Investment Partnership reduced 95,040 shares at 120.74 to 135.51 yuan, raising 11.86 million yuan and retaining 0.37%. Zhuhai Orbbec Zhongtai Investment Partnership sold 83,371 shares at 120.74 to 135.87 yuan, gaining 10.35 million yuan and retaining 0.27%. All these partnerships are controlled by Huang Yuanhao, who serves as their executive partner.
Xiao Zhenzhong, the company's director, CTO, and core technical personnel, sold 1,000,000 shares at prices between 124.50 and 139.00 yuan, cashing out 125 million yuan and reducing his stake to 2.08%.
