Hong Kong-listed GR Life Style reported a marginal expansion of its share base in the Monthly Return for April 2026. Issued ordinary shares rose by 2.00 million, or 0.06 %, to 3.22 billion following the exercise of share options on 24 April at HK$0.922 each, bringing in HK$1.84 million in new equity capital.
All 30.00 million options outstanding under the 7 November 2016 share‐option scheme were resolved during the month: 2.00 million were exercised and 28.00 million lapsed on 27 April. As a result, no options remain outstanding under this scheme, although the plan still permits issuance of up to 317.94 million shares in future grants.
The company confirmed that its public float exceeded the Main Board’s 25 % minimum requirement at end-April. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and there were no share repurchases or Hong Kong Depositary Receipt movements.
Separately, GR Life Style continues to carry HK$1.15 billion in outstanding convertible bonds, exchangeable at HK$0.80 per share. Full conversion would create up to 1.44 billion additional ordinary shares, representing a sizeable potential increase to the current share capital.
The board affirmed that all share issues during the month complied with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
