NAYUKI Buys Back 2.24 Million Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 35.66 Million Units

Nayuki Holdings Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 2.24 million ordinary shares on 7 September 2026. The purchase price ranged between HKD 0.67 and HKD 0.675 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 0.6714, bringing the aggregate cash outlay to HKD 1.50 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.13% to 1.67 billion, while treasury shares expanded from 33.42 million to 35.66 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.71 billion.

The buyback formed part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 24 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 169.84 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Nayuki has repurchased 26.52 million shares, equivalent to 1.56% of the shares outstanding at the mandate date, leaving capacity for an additional 143.32 million shares under the current authorisation.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Nayuki is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 7 October 2026.
