China Eastern Airlines Corp Ltd (00670) has announced that, as of August 31, 2026, it has cumulatively repurchased a total of 39.74 million A-shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the company's total share capital.
The highest price paid for these repurchased shares was RMB 4.02 per share, with the lowest price reaching RMB 3.48 per share. The total transaction value amounted to RMB 148 million, excluding transaction fees.
