MMG subsidiary secures $350 million revolving credit facility

MMG (01208) has announced that its non-wholly owned subsidiary, Minera Las Bambas S.A., has entered into a revolving credit facility agreement with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (through its overseas financial center).

Under the terms of the agreement, the lenders have extended a three-year revolving credit facility of $350 million to the borrower, which will be utilized to meet general funding requirements.
