Mr. Shao Liang has tendered his resignation from his positions as an executive director, president, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective July 14, 2026. His decision is due to personal business arrangements and the need to dedicate more time to family matters.
Concurrently, Mr. Jiang Lifeng has been appointed as an executive director, president, and authorized representative of the company, with his appointment also taking effect from July 14, 2026.
