China Hongguang Schedules 31 Aug 2026 Board Meeting to Approve 1H26 Results and Consider Interim Dividend

China Hongguang Holdings Limited announced that its board will convene on 31 August 2026 to review and approve the unaudited condensed consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The directors will also evaluate the declaration of an interim dividend at the same meeting.

The notice, dated 17 August 2026, was signed by Chairwoman and Executive Director Lin Weishan. The board currently comprises three executive directors—Wei Jiakun, Lin Weishan and Li Wanna—and three independent non-executive directors—Mao Shue, Jia Xiaogang and Wu Yong.
