Geekplus-W Repurchases 1.60 Million Shares for HK$14.20 Million; Outstanding Share Count Trimmed to 987 Million

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (Geekplus-W, HKEX: 02590) disclosed that it bought back 1.60 million Class B WVR ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 via on-market transactions.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HK$8.81 and HK$9.30, with a volume-weighted average price of HK$8.87. Total consideration amounted to HK$14.20 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.16 % to 987.00 million. • Treasury share holdings increased to 37.15 million. • Total issued shares remain unchanged at 1.02 billion, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 37.15 million shares, equivalent to 3.63 % of the issued share base at mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Exchange rules, Geekplus-W is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
