At a State Council Information Office press conference on September 10, the National Financial Regulatory Administration announced plans to intensify financial support across key livelihood sectors.
Deputy Director Cong Lin stated that the regulator will guide financial institutions to better address the financing needs of education, sports, culture, and healthcare. Efforts will also focus on improving financial services for rural revitalization and enhancing access to credit for small and micro enterprises.
The administration will promote the growth of commercial pension insurance and encourage the expansion and quality improvement of health insurance coverage. For new employment groups, the regulator will develop tailored inclusive insurance products and strengthen credit support for home purchases, education, healthcare, and vocational training to meet the living and career needs of these workers.
