TG Smart Energy (01083) has released an official announcement regarding a change in its board composition.
Mr. Liu Ji Li has been re-designated from his previous position as a non-executive director to that of an independent non-executive director, with the transition taking effect on September 9, 2026.
In addition to this role adjustment, Mr. Liu has been appointed as a member of the company's Audit and Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee, all commencing from the same effective date.
