MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech Corporation (“MicroPort CardioFlow”) has announced a delay in publishing its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.49(6), the company was required to release the unaudited figures by 31 August 2026. Management now states additional time is needed to clarify three issues tied to recent lease agreements with Shanghai BlueOrange Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Real & Realistic Foundation Limited:
1) verifying the landlord’s background and connections with the Group; 2) assessing the commercial reasonableness of lease pricing and security deposits; 3) evaluating the accounting treatment of renovation costs linked to the leases.
Pending resolution of these matters, the board meeting originally scheduled for late August to approve the interim financials and consider an interim dividend has been postponed.
In line with Listing Rule 13.50, trading in MicroPort CardioFlow’s shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange was suspended at 9:00 a.m. on 1 September 2026 and will remain halted until the interim results and any additional inside information are published.
The company emphasized that its core business operations remain normal and that the ongoing review pertains solely to financial disclosure. Further announcements will be issued once the board sets a new timetable for the results release and provides updates on the lease-related review. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
