Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (“UBOX Online”) disclosed that it repurchased 20,500 H-shares on 3 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 1.82 to HKD 1.85, for a volume-weighted consideration of HKD 37,322.5 (approximately HKD 0.04 million).
Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally by 0.0021 % to 978.14 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 9.05 million. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 987.18 million.
The latest purchase forms part of a repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026 that authorises UBOX Online to buy back up to 94.65 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 9.05 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.96 % of the issued share base at the time of authorisation.
All transactions were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, and a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales applies until 3 October 2026.
