Longsys (09976) saw its share price climb more than 7% during Tuesday morning trading, continuing a strong upward trend. As of the latest update, the stock was trading up 7.14% at HK$225, with trading volume reaching HK$179 million.

The company's interim results revealed impressive growth, with first-half revenue reaching RMB 24.088 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 136.26%. Net profit attributable to shareholders surged to RMB 10.577 billion, marking an extraordinary 71,528.66% jump compared to the same period last year.

The recent H-share listing raised net proceeds of approximately HK$6.02 billion. The company plans to channel these funds primarily into three key areas: AI high-end memory research and development, controller chip development, and advanced packaging and testing capabilities.

Huatai Securities issued a research report maintaining its "Buy" rating on the stock. The brokerage highlighted that Longsys stands as a leading domestic memory module manufacturer, well-positioned to capitalize on the AI-driven memory industry upswing. The company's early mover advantage in enterprise-grade products and overseas market expansion provides greater growth flexibility. Additionally, its continued investment in proprietary controller chip development, along with the deepening of its TCM/PTM business models, further strengthens its competitive position in the market.
