KUAISHOU-W (01024) has announced that on September 7, 2026, it repurchased 442,000 shares at a total cost of HK$14.9918 million.
In a separate development on the same day, the company issued 1,500 shares as a result of options exercised under its pre-IPO employee share incentive plan.
