Concord New Energy Group Limited reported the repurchase of 410,000 ordinary shares on 2 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 0.32 to HKD 0.325, resulting in a volume-weighted outlay of HKD 0.13 million. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.
Prior to the transaction, the company’s issued share capital stood at 7.86 billion shares as of 31 July 2026. Because the cancellation was pending at the reporting date, the issued share count remained unchanged at 7.86 billion. The latest repurchase equals 0.005 % of the issued shares outstanding before the buy-back.
The buy-back was executed under the mandate approved by shareholders on 25 June 2026, which authorises Concord New Energy to repurchase up to 786.36 million shares. Cumulative utilisation of the mandate now totals 410,000 shares, representing approximately 0.05 % of the authorised limit.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares, effective until 2 October 2026.
