QPL International Publishes 2026 Annual Report and AGM Materials Online

On 3 September 2026, QPL International Holdings Limited announced that its English and Chinese versions of the 2026 Annual Report, the circular dated 3 September 2026 containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), and the accompanying proxy form have been released on both the company’s website (www.qpl.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are encouraged to access these documents electronically. Those who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials will find printed versions enclosed with the notification. Investors experiencing difficulties with email notifications or website access, or wishing to alter their preferred method of receipt, may submit the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited—QPL’s Hong Kong branch share registrar—either by mail (pre-paid label provided) or via email (243-ecom@vistra.com) to request printed copies at no charge.

Registered shareholders are responsible for maintaining a valid email address on file. Until a functional email is provided, the company will dispatch all Notices of Publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form.
