Xiamen Yan Palace Bird’s Nest Industry Co., Ltd. (Yan Palace) disclosed that it bought back 20,000 H shares on 2 September 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HK$6.79 and HK$6.87 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average price of HK$6.82. The total consideration amounted to HK$0.14 million.
Following the transaction, Yan Palace’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally to 461.23 million shares, a 0.0043% reduction from the previous day. Treasury shares increased to 4.27 million, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 465.50 million.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 11 May 2026, which permits the company to buy back up to 46.17 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority now stand at 467,600 shares, representing 0.10% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Yan Palace is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 October 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchase procedures complied with applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
