China Oil & Gas Records Stable Share Structure in August 2026, Affirms Public Float Compliance

China Oil & Gas Group Limited reported no changes in its authorised, issued or treasury share balances during August 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 September 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 125.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing authorised capital of HKD 1.25 billion. Issued shares stayed flat at 5.64 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

China Oil & Gas confirmed that it satisfies the Main Board’s minimum 25 per cent public-float requirement as at 31 August 2026.

Under the New Share Option Scheme and New Share Award Scheme—both approved on 15 June 2023—the company can grant up to 0.56 billion additional shares; no options or awards were granted, exercised or lapsed during the month.

The filing shows no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuance arrangements, and no share repurchases or cancellations occurred in August.

Chairman Xu Tie-liang signed the submission on behalf of the board.
