Nanhua Futures Executes HK$3.06 Million On-Market Buyback, Cutting Outstanding H-Shares by 0.29%

Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 441,500 H shares on 10 September 2026 via on-market transactions, paying an aggregate HK$3.06 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$6.865 to HK$7.000, with a volume-weighted average of HK$6.9404 per share, and have been retained as treasury shares.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital excluding treasury shares declined to 152.48 million, down 0.29% from 152.92 million as at 9 September 2026. Treasury shares increased from 3.19 million to 3.63 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 156.11 million.

The buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 16 July 2026, which permits the repurchase of up to 10.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 3.63 million shares, representing 3.37% of the issued share capital at the time the mandate was granted.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Nanhua Futures is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
