Shangri-La Asia Limited said on Sep, 04 2026 that its authorised capital stayed at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 Hong Kong dollar each for the month ended Aug, 31 2026.

The hotel group’s issued share count was unchanged at 3,591,116,156 shares, and it held no treasury shares during the period.

Under its 2025 Share Scheme, 306,600 share options lapsed in the month, leaving 25,006,500 options outstanding. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred as a result of option exercises.

The company also confirmed that it continued to meet the minimum 25% public-float requirement set by the Hong Kong bourse.
