AV Concept Holdings Limited (AV Concept) reported that it repurchased 0.53 million ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 under its approved buy-back mandate.

The shares were acquired on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.255 to HKD 1.29 apiece, with a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 1.2877. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.69 million.

Following the transaction, AV Concept’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.06% to 856.97 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 18.03 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 875.00 million shares.

The repurchases were executed pursuant to the mandate approved on 4 September 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 85.75 million shares. To date, 0.53 million shares—equivalent to 0.06% of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been repurchased.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, AV Concept is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
