China Hongguang appoints Huang Zichen as Deputy General Manager to spearhead diversified business development

China Hongguang Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Huang Zichen as Deputy General Manager, effective 3 June 2026. In this newly created senior role, Mr. Huang will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and formulating strategies to advance the Group’s diversified growth agenda.

Mr. Huang brings cross-sector expertise spanning technology, new materials, energy and fund investment. His current external positions include Chairman of Yongxiu Group, Director roles at Guangzhou Zero Point Equity Investment Management and NEEQ-listed Guangdong Yufeng Weihe New Materials Technology, and executive posts in multiple professional associations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and technology and has previously served as a director or senior executive at several listed companies, accumulating extensive experience in corporate restructuring, governance and capital operations.

No formal service contract has been signed. Remuneration will be set by the Board after considering recommendations from the remuneration committee, Mr. Huang’s experience and responsibilities, the Group’s pay structure and prevailing market levels. As of the announcement date, Mr. Huang holds no shares in China Hongguang, has no related-party ties with existing directors, senior management or major shareholders, and occupies no other positions within the Group.

The Board extended a formal welcome to Mr. Huang upon his appointment.
