SUNDY SERVICE (09608) has announced an agreement to subscribe for shares in an investment fund, with a total commitment of US$4.5 million.
In a filing dated September 1, 2026, the company confirmed it entered into a subscription agreement with Hillstone OFC for a sub-fund under the main fund. The subscription amount will be fully funded from the group's internal resources.
The move marks the company's latest step to diversify its investment portfolio through institutional fund vehicles.
