PAGODA GP Repurchases 1.15 Million H Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 24.03 Million

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (PAGODA GP) disclosed a repurchase of 1.15 million H shares on 7 September 2026, equivalent to 0.06% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

The shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.36 to HKD 1.41, for a total consideration of HKD 1.61 million, implying an average purchase price of roughly HKD 1.40 per share. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares.

Following the buyback, PAGODA GP’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.98 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 24.03 million. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 2.00 billion.

The transaction forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 198.35 million shares. To date, PAGODA GP has repurchased 6.77 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.34% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. As stipulated by Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 7 October 2026.

PAGODA GP confirmed that the repurchase complied with Main Board Rule 10.06(4)(a) and that no material changes have occurred to the May 14 Explanatory Statement filed with the Exchange.
