Hong Kong, 01 September 2026 – Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. reported the repurchase of 180,000 H shares on 01 September 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were bought on-market at prices ranging from HKD 6.625 to HKD 6.890, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.77 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.22 million. The transaction was executed under the general mandate granted on 16 July 2026.
Post-transaction, issued shares excluding treasury stock declined by 0.12% to 154.04 million, while treasury shares increased to 2.06 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 156.11 million.
Since the mandate’s approval, Nanhua Futures has repurchased 2.06 million shares in aggregate, representing 1.91% of the company’s outstanding shares on the mandate date. The firm is authorised to buy back up to 10.77 million shares. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in place until 01 October 2026.
Management confirmed that all repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement dated 26 June 2026.
