PARENTING NET Maintains Stable Share Structure and Meets Public Float Requirement in August 2026

China Parenting Network Holdings Limited (PARENTING NET) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.

The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 100.00 million.

Issued shares were steady at 51.14 million, and the company held no treasury shares during the month. No share issuances, cancellations, warrants, convertibles, share options, or other equity-linked instruments were reported for the period.

PARENTING NET confirmed that at month-end it satisfied the Exchange’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% of issued shares.

The return, dated 1 September 2026, was submitted by Executive Director Cheng Li. No additional corporate actions or regulatory issues were disclosed.
