Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced on Sep, 4 2026 that it repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on the market at an average price of US$58.4782 per share.
The company said the repurchased shares will be cancelled, leaving 293.45 million ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
The updated share count will be used as the denominator for any shareholder disclosures required under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
