Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. (abbrev. Beauty Farm Medical) disclosed a share buy-back on 10 September 2026, acquiring 31,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HK$18.05 to HK$18.40, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HK$18.2295 per share and an aggregate cash outlay of approximately HK$0.57 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 247.87 million shares, down 0.01% from 247.90 million on 8 September 2026. Treasury shares increased to 3.73 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 251.59 million.
The buy-back was executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026, which permits the repurchase of up to 24.85 million shares. Cumulative purchases since the mandate now stand at 655,000 shares, representing 0.26% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Beauty Farm Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
