It aims to build a health service ecosystem that covers the entire user lifecycle and spans all life scenarios, thereby achieving an upgrade from traditional asset operations to scenario-based infrastructure. It intends to continuously strengthen its value base and prudently seize opportunities in prime assets within key domestic and international cities, focusing on steady operations and optimizing its revenue structure.

Following the reporting period, the group successfully completed the strategic acquisition of Beijing Chunyu Tianxia Software Co., Ltd. (Chunyu Doctor), officially entering a new phase of dual-drive development characterized by "prime property assets + AI digital medical services." This acquisition marks the group's comprehensive transformation from a traditional real estate and property management service provider to an AI-driven health and quality lifestyle service provider, achieving a leapfrog strategic upgrade. The core assets of the group have also expanded from single physical spaces to scenario-based infrastructure capable of meeting the health demands of hundreds of millions of users.
