Nanhua Futures Executes Additional H-Share Buyback, Boosts Treasury Stock to 2.18 Million Shares

Hong Kong – 2 September 2026 – Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. (“Nanhua Futures”) has reported a further repurchase of 114,000 H-shares, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The buyback, conducted on 2 September 2026 via on-market transactions, was executed within a price range of HKD 6.61 to HKD 6.71 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.6684. Total consideration amounted to approximately HKD 0.76 million. The repurchased shares represent 0.074 % of the company’s 154.04 million issued H-shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding prior to the transaction.

Following the purchase, Nanhua Futures’ issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 153.93 million, while treasury shares rose to 2.18 million. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 156.11 million, as the latest repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The transaction forms part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 16 July 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 10.77 million shares. To date, Nanhua Futures has repurchased 2.18 million shares under this mandate—equivalent to 2.02 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date—leaving roughly 8.60 million shares still available for future repurchases.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 2 October 2026.
