On 10 September 2026 the company bought back 694,000 H shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging from HKD 29.58 to HKD 30.40, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 30.01. The transaction cost HKD 20.83 million and raised the total H shares held as treasury stock to 13.68 million. Issued H shares outstanding now stand at 452.19 million, while the authorised repurchase mandate dated 8 May 2026 has been utilised for 13.68 million shares, or 57.0 % of the 24.00 million-share limit. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals applies through 10 October 2026.

There was no change to the company’s issued A-share count during the reporting period; it remains at 4.80 billion. However, under the “2025 First A-Share Repurchase Plan” approved by the board on 28 April 2025 and subsequently adjusted, the company has repurchased—but not yet cancelled—approximately 160.16 million A shares between 3 September 2025 and 21 July 2026. These shares, acquired at prices ranging from RMB 33.74 to RMB 42.01, represent about 3.05 % of the group’s total issued share capital of 5.25 billion shares.

After the latest transactions, SF Holding’s aggregate issued share capital remains at 5.25 billion shares, comprising 4.80 billion A shares and 452.19 million H shares. The company’s total treasury stock now amounts to 13.68 million H shares; all repurchased A shares remain outstanding pending formal cancellation.

The board confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and the company’s shareholder-approved mandates.
