GR Life Style Company Limited has informed non-registered shareholders that the English and Chinese editions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.grlifestyle.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). The board encourages stakeholders to access these electronic versions for timely review.

To accommodate investors who prefer hard copies or encounter difficulties accessing the online files, the company is providing printed versions free of charge. Shareholders may complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Alternatively, requests can be emailed to 108-ecom@vistra.com. Prepaid mailing labels are supplied for local postage, ensuring no cost to shareholders.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive future corporate communications by email should supply a functional email address to their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees). Until that address is provided, the company will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication.
