Shenzhen-based Xunce Technology has circulated the proxy form for its 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), outlining three special resolutions that will be put to shareholder vote on 28 September 2026.
1. AI Infrastructure Expansion The board is seeking approval to invest up to RMB12.00 billion in the construction of an AI inference and computing center. The project is designed to leverage large-scale computing power and data resources, signaling a major capital commitment to next-generation infrastructure.
2. Subsidiary Financing and Guarantees Wholly owned unit Shenzhen Xunshen Technology Co., Ltd. plans to arrange financing of up to RMB10.00 billion. The parent group proposes to offer guarantees of an equivalent amount—RMB10.00 billion—to secure the borrowings.
3. Articles of Association Amendments Shareholders will also vote on revisions to the company’s Articles of Association, details of which are included in the meeting circular dated 9 September 2026.
