Metasurface Technologies Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for August 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the period.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 1.00 million HKD, equivalent to 1 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 149.90 million, while treasury shares were steady at 98,000. • Total issued shares therefore remained at 150.00 million, with no new issues, cancellations, or repurchases recorded in August.

Public Float Compliance • The company affirmed that it continues to meet Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement for its listed ordinary shares.

Equity Incentive Plans • The Post-IPO Share Option Scheme still permits issuance or transfer of up to 15.00 million shares. • No share options were outstanding, granted, exercised, or cancelled during the month, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

Capital Stability With no movements in authorised, issued, or treasury shares and continued compliance with listing rules, Metasurface Technologies enters September 2026 with an unchanged equity base and full capacity under its existing share option programme.
