Wang emphasized the need for high-standard infrastructure development, continuous improvement of functional facilities, and strengthening industrial carrying capacity. He called for seizing the policy window for the new energy vehicle industry, accelerating the integration of sales, maintenance, and charging services, and upgrading service quality to convert policy opportunities into tangible industrial strength and regional development gains.
Several projects, including the annual production of 800,000 lightweight aluminum alloy wheel intelligent manufacturing facility, the 50,000-piece piezoelectric MEMS electronic component manufacturing and packaging plant annually, and the 30,000-unit smart assisted bathing robot and elder-friendly equipment project, are revitalizing inefficient and idle land. The annual production of 800,000 sets of embodied intelligent core components project focuses on manufacturing components for automotive and embodied intelligence applications. The lightweight aluminum alloy wheel project holds over 70 patents, specializing in full-category wheel products for passenger and commercial vehicles, featuring independently developed intelligent production equipment and precision processes, enabling integrated casting, machining, and coating in a single workflow.
Wang engaged in in-depth discussions with company representatives, thoroughly reviewing project planning, resource guarantees, and construction preparations. He required relevant departments to proactively provide services, maintain full tracking, thoroughly handle approvals and supporting resources, and for replacement projects, accelerate the demolition of existing structures and site clearance to achieve early delivery of cleared land. The goal is to ensure new projects commence construction by October.
The Duliang Shenchuang Technology Industrial Park is dedicated to the development of the health industry, building a comprehensive complex encompassing product R&D, manufacturing, and customer experience. Maipete Pet Supplies specializes in producing high-end pet food, with products exported overseas. Jingshida Optoelectronics focuses on manufacturing display devices and intelligent vehicle equipment, widely used in industrial displays, automotive optoelectronics, and other diverse applications. Ke'eryou Medical Devices is a typical example of capital expansion, primarily producing disposable medical consumables such as nebulizer masks and oxygen tubes, with products certified under ISO13485 and EU CE standards. Tongze Electric Power mainly produces specialized equipment for power construction, such as motorized winches and cable clamps, serving as a crucial project for extending and strengthening the power equipment industry chain. Ouma Textile's second phase has obtained European Flax (CELC) certification, with products exported to the EU, making it a key exporting enterprise in the county's textile sector. Yunzhi Technology's products have passed international certifications including FDA US medical device approval, and are widely applied in areas such as medical care, maternal and infant care, and beauty and skincare.
At the land sites for some key projects, Wang carefully inquired about construction progress, timelines, and equipment installation status. He emphasized the need to capitalize on the current prime construction season, scientifically allocate labor, deploy sufficient manpower and machinery, work against a detailed schedule, and systematically advance various processes including plant construction and equipment installation. The goal is to ensure projects complete, commence operations, and achieve results as early as possible, providing a strong foundation for extending, strengthening, and supplementing the relevant industry chains.
During the inspection, Wang emphasized that projects are the core engine driving high-quality county economic development. He called for sustaining the momentum of investment attraction, closely following the "332" industrial system, scientifically mapping the industrial landscape, conducting precise industry chain investment promotion, and continuing to strengthen, extend, and supplement the chains, using project progress to support economic stability. He stressed the need to ensure resources follow projects and services revolve around them, placing land guarantee in a prominent position and intensifying efforts to revitalize inefficient and idle land to make room for key industry development. He also urged fully optimizing the business environment, better implementing enterprise-benefiting policies, and promptly coordinating to resolve bottlenecks and difficulties enterprises encounter in employment, financing, and sales, helping businesses grow and strengthen in Xuyi. Additionally, he emphasized firmly maintaining the bottom line of production safety, focusing on key areas such as construction sites, production workshops, and storage areas, conducting routine safety hazard inspections and rectification, and resolutely preventing any safety accidents.
