Chinese artificial intelligence chip developer Suiyuan Technology (Stock Code: 688801) has officially announced that its shares will begin trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market on September 11. The disclosure, made on the evening of September 9, confirms the company's much-anticipated public market debut.

The company's initial public offering has been priced at 142.18 yuan per share, with a total issuance of 43,035,173 shares. This offering represents 10% of the company's total share capital after the listing, and notably, the IPO does not involve any transfer of existing shareholder stakes.

With this listing, all four members of China's so-called "GPU Dragon Quartet" will have completed their capital market debuts. Previously, Moore Threads and MetaX had already secured listings on the A-share market, while Biren Technology went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The arrival of Suiyuan Technology on the STAR Market marks the final piece of the puzzle for these four leading domestic GPU manufacturers to converge in the public equity markets.
