TIANLI HOLDINGS (ASX: 00117) has announced a proposal from its board of directors to change the company's name.
The board has recommended altering the English name from "Tianli Holdings Group Limited" to "EYANG Holdings (Group) Co., Limited."
Additionally, the proposed change includes updating the Chinese dual foreign name from "天利控股集团有限公司" to "宇阳控股(集团)有限公司."
