LANDSEA LIFE (01965) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of 779 million yuan, a decrease of 1.28% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company was 23.01 million yuan, a turnaround from a loss of 318 million yuan in the same period last year. Basic earnings per share were 0.060 yuan.

According to the announcement, the 1.28% year-on-year decline in revenue was primarily due to the group's continued efforts to enhance the market-oriented operation of its property business and reduce reliance on real estate development. This led to a sustained decrease in both the amount and proportion of revenue from non-property-owner value-added services. The group decisively exited from projects that had been consistently unprofitable or did not align with its service quality standards. Concurrently, bolstered by its strong reputation for high-quality service, the group successfully expanded several premium projects in 2025, contributing to a steady increase in the gross floor area under its management. As a result, the property management services segment achieved high-quality revenue growth. However, the large-scale entry of public rental housing and individual rental units into the market intensified competition in the apartment leasing sector, leading to a corresponding decrease in revenue from apartment operation and management services.
