China Hongguang Reports Stable Share Capital for May; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

China Hongguang Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, reporting no changes to either authorised or issued share capital.

Authorised capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, translating into HKD 10.00 million of authorised share capital. Issued share capital was unchanged at 782.99 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Management affirmed that the company satisfies the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % of issued shares. There were no share option exercises, warrant conversions, convertible issues, or other equity movements during the month.

The return was submitted on 2 June 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Weng Weilin.
