Xiaomi Corporation disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return for 09 September 2026, detailing the latest activity under its ongoing share repurchase mandate.

On-market repurchase on 9 September 2026 • Shares bought: 1.90 million Class B weighted-voting-rights (WVR) ordinary shares • Price range: HKD 26.32 – 26.38 per share • Aggregate consideration: HKD 50.08 million • All shares will be cancelled.

Repurchase programme to date (21 July – 09 September 2026) • Cumulative shares repurchased but not yet cancelled: 31.07 million Class B shares • Average daily volumes: 0.36 – 3.04 million shares per trading day • Price range: HKD 25.68 – 28.72 per share • Share count impact: equivalent to roughly 0.15 % of the 21.33 billion outstanding Class B shares.

Authorised capacity and utilisation • Mandate granted on 02 June 2026 allows repurchase of up to 2.58 billion shares. • Shares repurchased under the mandate to date: 114.69 million, or 0.44 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issuance or treasury-share sales runs through 09 October 2026.

Capital structure snapshot as of 08 September 2026 • Total issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 25.76 billion, comprising – 4.43 billion Class A ordinary shares – 21.33 billion Class B WVR ordinary shares. • No treasury shares were outstanding at the period-end.
