Luzhou Bank Co., Ltd. released a shareholder reminder on 1 September 2026 confirming the implementation schedule for fully electronic dissemination of its corporate communications. The initiatives follow an initial notice dated 4 March 2024 and aim to accelerate migration from printed to digital materials.

Key points • Scope of materials: “Corporate Communications” include annual and interim reports, summary financial statements, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Distribution channel: From future cycles onward, all English and Chinese versions will be posted on the Bank’s website (www.lzccb.cn) and the HKEXnews portal, replacing hard-copy mailings. • Email registration: Registered shareholders who have not submitted a functional email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Default arrangement: Until a valid email address is supplied, Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be dispatched in printed form. • Printed copies on request: Shareholders preferring hard copies may elect to receive them by ticking the relevant option on the reply form or emailing luzhoubank.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The request remains effective for one year unless revoked or superseded. • Enquiry hotline: +852 2862 8688 (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

Regulatory context The Bank reiterates that it is not an “authorized institution” under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance (Cap. 155), is not subject to supervision by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and is not permitted to conduct banking or deposit-taking business in Hong Kong.

Governance and board oversight The reminder letter is issued under the authority of the Board and signed by Chairman You Jiang, reflecting the Board’s directive to enhance efficiency, reduce printing costs and support environmental objectives through digital communication channels.
