CONCORD HC GP (02453) has announced that it received notification from its controlling shareholder, Beijing Taihecheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing Taihecheng), on September 8, 2026, regarding the release and re-pledging of shares.

The notification confirmed that a previous pledge of 35.6023 million H shares, which had been placed with China Credit Trust Co., Ltd. (China Credit) as collateral for a loan facility of up to RMB 500 million, has been fully released.

On the same day, Beijing Taihecheng established a new pledge of the same 35.6023 million H shares in favor of China Credit. As of the announcement date, the total pledged H shares account for roughly 4.54% of the company's total issued share capital. To the best of the directors' knowledge, China Credit is an independent third party unrelated to the company and its connected persons.
