The selected projects span ten key domains, including intelligent driving, smart highways, and intelligent rail transit, aiming to establish a hundred innovative application scenarios and unite a thousand innovation entities. This initiative leverages scenario-based applications to drive the deep integration of artificial intelligence with the transportation sector.

Among the successful projects, the "Smart Driving Trunk Logistics Industry Demonstration Project for Expressways," submitted by the Construction Management Group, builds a new full-industry-chain collaborative ecosystem involving expressway operators, communication carriers, smart logistics operators, AI technology companies, and intelligent connected vehicle manufacturers. This project is underpinned by 5G ubiquitous communication and powered by an AI multimodal data fusion decision-making digital foundation. Meanwhile, the Information Group's "AI Intelligent Command Hub for Expressway Emergencies" leverages the "Road Network Brain" digital platform of Shandong Hi-Speed Group, integrating AI and large language model technologies to enable automatic event detection, precise plan matching, and automated instruction generation, effectively enhancing emergency response and collaborative handling capabilities on expressways.

The "Research and Practice of Smart Solutions for Toll Management," submitted by Binzhou Development Company, employs AI video analysis technology to deliver second-level early warnings for 15 types of abnormal events, reducing detection blind spots by 50% to 90% and more than doubling operational efficiency. Additionally, the Engineering Equipment Company's "Development and Application of Intelligent Steel Reinforcement Production Line for Prefabricated Box Girders" utilizes technologies such as U-shaped reinforcement integrated forming, automatic bar threading and welding, and visual positioning to create an intelligent production line, further boosting manufacturing productivity.

Moving forward, Shandong Hi-Speed Group will accelerate breakthroughs in key technologies and the commercialization of results, deepen the integration of AI with transportation scenarios, and develop replicable and scalable demonstration models.
