On September 8, 2026, SP NP LTD sold 259.00 million shares of HAIDILAO at an average of HKD 10.62 per share, involving about HKD 2.75 billion.
Prior to the disposal, SP NP LTD's long position in HAIDILAO was 700.61 million shares, representing 12.57%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 441.61 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 7.92%.
Regarding the reason for the share reduction, the announcement stated that the board received a notice from SP NP Ltd., indicating that the sale is solely driven by its own funding needs and financial arrangements. It constitutes a personal matter at the shareholder level and has no connection with the business, operations, financial condition, or growth prospects of the Haidilao Group.
The sale does not involve the issuance of any new shares by Haidilao, nor will it result in any dilution of shareholders' equity.
According to historical announcements, the actual controller of the entities involved in this share reduction is Shu Ping, wife of Haidilao founder Zhang Yong.
