Citi has released a research report maintaining its "Buy" rating on SHK PPT (00016), with the target price marginally lifted from HK$168 to HK$168.3 per share. This valuation still implies a discount of approximately 20% to the company's net asset value per share, which remains unchanged. The brokerage also projects that the company's dividend per share for the fiscal years 2027 through 2029 will be HK$4.2, HK$4.45, and HK$4.8, respectively.

According to the report, SHK PPT's performance for the 2026 fiscal year was solid, with earnings coming in line with expectations. The dividend per share declared was 1% higher than Citi's forecast. For the 2027 fiscal year, the company has set a target of HK$33 billion in Hong Kong development property sales. Given that 90% of the projects completed in the 2027 fiscal year have already been pre-sold, Citi believes the company has flexibility in selling the remaining inventory. This allows for a pricing strategy that prioritizes profit margins, leading to a favorable outlook on the company.
