Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food Company Ltd. (Haitian Flavouring) disclosed a fresh H-share buyback of 534,300 shares on 10 September 2026. The on-market purchases were executed at prices ranging between HKD 27.16 and HKD 27.50, for a total consideration of HKD 14.60 million. The volume corresponds to 0.18% of the company’s 291.22 million issued H-shares outstanding before the transaction.
Including the latest trade, Haitian Flavouring has repurchased 3.66 million H-shares between 1–10 September 2026 at volume-weighted average prices of HKD 27.32–28.47 per share. The cumulative amount represents 1.26% of the company’s issued share capital and was executed under the 10% share repurchase mandate approved on 14 July 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 29.12 million shares.
All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation; however, none had been cancelled as of the reporting date, leaving the issued share count unchanged at 291.22 million. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Haitian Flavouring is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 10 October 2026.
